Returns and Exchanges
You must notify us within 24 hours upon receiving the goods should there be a fault, damage, or defect.

Reason for Return
We will contact you to discuss and issue you with an exchange or return if deemed appropriate.
Any exchanged product will be issued and re-sent via standard mail – 4-10 day delivery excluding processing and packaging time (approximately 24 hours). We will not exchange or accept a return after 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be permitted on discounted and sale items.
Returning an Item
We will be in contact with you within three business days after the initial inquiry with an exchange or return authorization number (if applicable) and return instructions. Please send all return products in their original packaging.
Defective Goods
Goods are deemed defective only if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect can be demonstrated and proven by the customer.
We will determine whether a product is defective from receipt of customer’s email detailing the defect and providing evidence.
If you feel the goods you received are defective, please email info@thespecialistbarber.com.au and in the field “Reason for Return” state – DEFECTIVE.
Receiving a Refund
If goods are deemed defective and a return is deemed appropriate, a refund will be credited to the original method of payment and will include delivery costs.
